  1. General

Although we work very hard to take every care to ensure accuracy, we make no warranties as to the accuracy or relevance of the information we place on our web pages, or in our revision guides. Our revision guides are ‘tailored’ to the specifications of your modules. This tailoring process involves a thorough inquest into the topics examined as part of that module’s specification, involving significant research, and/or communication with current and former students of that module to best understand the emphases placed on topics within the course. Our 1st class graduate authors at University Revision Guru then write original explanations to those topics, in line with what we understand to be most useful to a student expected to sit an exam in that module. To do so, University Revision Guru may make reference from a 1st class graduate’s revision notes. In this case, the original author of those revision notes transfers all intellectual rights related to those notes to University Revision Guru, but is wholly liable if any University Revision Guru content based on the content of the revision notes infringe on the copyright rights of any individual/institution.
University Revision Guru does not claim to be in any way approved by, or affiliated with, your university or lecturer. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these terms and conditions, University Revision Guru’s liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will be limited to the value of the goods or services ordered by you in the relevant transaction, however nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury as a result of our negligence, liability for our fraud, or any other liability that we cannot exclude by law.

We will have no liability to you for any delay or failure to deliver goods or services you have ordered or for any damage or defect to services or goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
